Still waiting

Ordered items online from Adidas on the 28/03/2025, with the expectation of delivery by the 02/04/2025 as per there note on the website. The 03/04/2025 queried it with them and they apologized for the delay and it will be delivered soon. Its now going onto the 9th and still no parcel, this is not first time either. Adidas and Courier IT are useless. Rather go in store and save yourself the trouble of waiting to when these 2 companies decide to deliver your parcel.
