STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE PURCHASES!!!!

If I could 0 stars I would. Made an online purchase and chose the bank EFT option as I prefer to do this rather than submit my card details online. After a few days I received an email to say my order has been cancelled. I have spoken to them on the phone and over email, they keep telling me that the payment was not successful and will reverse to my account automatically. I told them that this is possible when doing an online card purchase, but not for EFT. I have spoken to my bank and they have confirmed that the payment has been successful, but adidas doesn't seem to understand this. They should not have n EFT option available if they are not able to allocate payments to online purchases, they should rather remove this option. I wish I had read the reviews before attempting an online purchase. They now have R1699 of my money and I don't know if and when I will get it back. They probably won't even read this as I see they do not respond to customer reviews on this platform, so they clearly do not care. Stay away!!!
