<p>Purchased the shoes some months ago and used them probably 10 times and the sole of the shoe is now split. Very annoyed as it cost a bit and now I am stuck with a pair that is useless to me. Is there anyway to get them replaced or repaired?</p>

Please be advised the policy to return defective/faulty products is six months. If in this time frame the below is required.
The below information is required to proceed with the resolution of your query
-Pictures of shoe( side/bottom and top)/inside of the tongue of the shoe which has all the product details on
-Proof of purchase
-History of usage of item
-How the item was cleaned (ie is products used etc)
Once this is received we will assess and forward it to our technical experts to quality check and advise on a way forward.
Please note the life expectancy of any adidas Product depends on the individual using the Product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Our Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable lifespan of the Product are not replaced.
