Shoe purchased from ADIDAS online store

January 2024 I purchased sneakers from ADIDAS ONLINE store. They shoes were not what I expected.i then ask for refund because they said it's possible to go exchange them at any Adidas physical stores.what a shock! Even right now as I'm typing I have to received my refund. I call everyday they tell stories. The other day they said they lost the shoes in their warehouse who's fault is it? I'm very much disappointed & I fill ****** by a big company most people trust . Somebody help to get my money back.what do I do?
