Shocking service—still no parcel a month later.

I ordered shoes on the 16th of May, and I still haven't received them. I had little to no communication about my parcel. I received emails from different couriers, one of which sent me the wrong waybill. The last courier had the wrong address and told me they would deliver it the next day (two weeks ago). I contacted Adidas twice; the first time, they said their team would be in contact with me, but I still haven't heard anything (early last week). I messaged the chat on the online shop, and they said it would take four days for the team to contact me. It's honestly a circus. I'm not even excited about getting the shoes now; I am just extremely irritated. I am never ordering from their online store again.
