Shocking service

Placed an order online on 26/11 and the status remains 'confirmed'. Tried the chat, email, phone - no response whatsoever. Their service is absolutely shocking, if I could give a minus rating I would. Now that I see so many other unhappy reviews I regret ever purchasing from them.
