**** SERVICE FROM ADIDAS

I have placed an order on the 23rd of November 2018 and today is the 5th of December and i still have not received delivery. I called this multi million dollar company at least 3 times asking for an update and all they could tell me was because of black friday i should expect a delay and it should be here any time this week (last week). I call them again today and they tell me that it will now only come on Monday. Never have i experienced such terrible service in my life. I am truly disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
