Shame On You Adidas

I placed an order on the 18th of November and it stated 5-7 working days delivery. After 10 days I send an email and are told the email will be responded to in 2-4 working days. No feedback given whatsoever in this time. I then call the customer care which goes to some call centre in India after holding the line for a good 20 minutes only to be told my order will arrive in 3-4 days. Thereafter I receive an email to say my order has been cancelled. I call back, wait another good 20 minutes only to be told my order has being cancelled due to no stock being available. It is virtually impossible to get through to anyone locally, the links for tracking of shipment, customer care or chat to an agent don't work. This is just all round pathetic service from a brand that I used to love and trust. I wonder if I will even get a refund as this seems to be ***** that is being committed.
