**** service Adidas

I am so freaking disgusted by the service i have received from Adidas Access City Bellville. Yesterday 6 April i went into your store for a takkie... I found one. I asked the lady do they do exchanges if you brought a item online, yes she rep****. Okay i tell her i come back today 7 April get into the store they looking for a proof of purchase, which clearly i dont have cause there was nothing in the box. I showed them all my emails and ask should i still give them proof of payment, eventually the manager said i should sent the email to him after he went through the email even appologies for touching my fone as he was scrolling through the email. **** come back after 10min and say i will have to get the invoice and sent it to him. Where i told him leave the exchange i buy my takkie i want and log a complaint cause where the hell must i get a invoice i never received in the first place. I left my takkie that i wanted to exchange and actually regrets giving them the sale of the new takkie. I feel my ****** integrity was at question. I feel so **** cause i was taken by face value. Why waste my time to sent you the email was it cause you then saw my address on the hard copy email
