Good day,

I am very unhappy with the service I received and will never shop online with adidas ever again.

After waiting almost 2 weeks for an order I’m sent an email that the order is cancelled? Just like that.

Then on top of that I’m told I have to wait 14 days for me refunds? What nonsense is that.

I want my refund ASAP and please don’t ever send me your promo emails ever again.
