Safe your life, don't buy online from Adidas.

I bought items on the Dec 12, 2025, but got an email saying of the items it's out of stock and a refund was issued back to the payment me which is my bank account. The email said it should reflect within 7 business working days, but I haven't seen it yet. On the 27th of December 2025 I tried to contact them via email just to request them to check the status of my refund and let me know if there are any updates, up to todate there's no response. I also made a return of few items on the 23rd of Dec, 2025 still they don't share any tracking details or anything that indicate the progress of my transaction. Buying from Adidas is like consuming a slow poison, they don't care about their customers more especially if it involves taking money from their bank accounts. They are only interested in money coming in, that's all.
