Rude sales assistant at Wonderpark Adidas store.

On more than one occasion I have been assisted by a lady at Wonderpark mall, she is apparently assistant to the store manager, and she also works on visuals. She lacks customers service, she does not even acknowledge customers. She talk past customers with her colleagues, she is rude and has cost the store two sales from me. On two occasions I walked out of the store without buying because of her behaviour. The recent one was when she refused to offer me a discount on marked down item and said that this particular item is not on promotion even though it is on the marked stand and other items like it are marked down. She didn't even talk to me she talked passed me and informed her colleague that they can't offer me the item. I wrote my review on their website only to get an automatic/generic response from the company. I say generic because the feedback was not directed to my issue but to a refund and my review was not related to a refund.
