Rude employee

<p>When we entered the shop the music was playing so loud my husband and myself coulnt even talk, then when I tried to ask the shop assistant a question both of us couldnt hear each other so I walk to the lady by the till and asked her to please turn down the music. She first ignored me and then I instructively said: turn down the music i cant hear my husband talk. She rolled her eyes at me and when we paid our stuff she was so rude and had a very bad attitude. Now we love music as we are both young but how can we discuss when we cant even hear each other. I dont want to shop there again and will rather drive to joburg than be treated like that when u are spending money which is paying their salaries.</p>
