Returns

Even the 1 star is too much for adidas..This is by far the worst return process I have done, they took their shoes but won't give my money back they keep lying and saying they have refunded me but I have sent them the bank statement showing clearly that there is no refund from them. I don't even want to talk about customer service agents who can't even speak proper English the struggle is real. I regret buying from this company.
