Return order not adhered to,consumer rights disregarded

Ive beeg stuck with a item that doesnt fit even tgough I logged the returned within 2 days of receiving it,Ive sent countless emails to adidas and I keep being told my case is being looked into/escalated and it has now been more than 3 months witg no luck,I am so sad because I am a huge fan of the brand and much to my inconvenience as Ive remained patient with the company even though my consumer rights arent being adhered to
