Return not collected 34 days later

Return logged for order AZA***2 on 19 June, 34 days ago. The items are still not collected. Called in multiple times and had numerous communication via emails. All i am told is they escalated to the courier and give it some time for it to be collected. 34 days later and i should still just give it some time. Absolutely bad customer service from such a global brand!
