Return NIGHTMARE. AVOID!!!

I am absolutely shocked to come here and read the horrific experiences of others. I didn’t think for a second I would have an issue ordering from a company is big and prolific as Adidas. But boy, was I wrong.

Received my order in good time to be fair but logged a return the same day (29/05). After many frustrating calls, emails, online chats… I received an apology mail from what one can only describe as AI bullsh*t… to apologise for the experience I’ve had but they’re happy to inform me that my return is on the way to the warehouse and once it reaches them, it will take between 2-3 days to review and process my return…. Which is pretty impressive considering I’m staring at the box whilst typing this review.

Preserve your mental health and AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Avoid avoid avoid.
