Return Item Still Collected
Ordered a shirt from adidas.co.za on 12/18/24. Logged a return for a refund on 04/01/2025. Item has still not being collected. I have sent numerous emails and telephoned them but to no avail. Pathetic customer service and return process.

28 Jan 2025, 20:39Further to the review, I have logged a complaint against Adidas online through the Ombudsman. I may never receive a refund but hope they are eventually held accountable.
