Refund process

I bought a Adidas Samba for R1999, on the 22nd of August at adidas Eastgate. i had to return the shoe the following day which is the 23rd of August 2025 because of personal reason. I had bought using my FNB debit card. I read the teams and conditions before even going to the store and it stipulates (If the payment was made by debit card it will be refunded in cash.) however at the shop they said it will be reverted back into my account as its a Debit card. The process does not correspond with the online one. What is said on the website and the shop. Now i need to wait for who know when for the money to reflect which is absolutely ridiculous when i went and paid immediately
