Refund not received in 6 months from Adidas
I placed an order in October 2023. Returned the item the same week. They informed that the item was not received. Amazingly in December I was informed that it was received. Refund was processed in January. Did not receive the funds. They requested for a statement. They sent me a 20% off voucher. Now they are saying the item was not received.
