Refund Not Paid in 3months

Order no: AZA***3 Yhooo, I have been waiting for my refund from them since July 16, 2024 After calling them, in August to ask about the refund, someone from their "HELPLESS" customer service, asked for the collection waybill, even though on the ORDER website, had already confirmed tht the goods n returned and confirmed... Soo i had to call their Courier company, CourierIT, for it. CourierIT was prompt and I sent it through the Adidas Online... Fast forward to Sept 16, still no money and THEY confirmed the got the waybill Soo i then call the Capetown line and a lady promised tht she escalated and the refund will come through in 10days, not sure if it was 10days or BUSINESS DAYS... Bt till today 8th 0ct... I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY...
