REFUND NIGHTMARE

I SAW END OF SEASON SALE ON ADIDAS SOUTH AFRICA. as an Accountant i took advantage of the discounts and bought as many items that i could afford.

Fast forward the goods were delivered and the was one item missing. I logged the complaint plus return for the items that did not fit well. everything was confirmed (Return collection and refund after they requested for my bank statement to see how much I paid)

Upon checking details please be informed refund against of product which was out of stock H06697_530 was done on 06/06/2023 for R 543.20.

Additions to this your return items reached warehouse refund was done no 26/06/2023 which was for R 5498.40

If you haven't received these refund's I would request you to share bank statement from 06/06/2023 till date so that we can track both refund's.

I have been going back and forth with Adidas online trying to get my refund up to today nothing positive came out of these many emails. It seems like they are all confused. It was my first time buying from them and the experience is worse. I always buy from other global brands and their response and turn around time is way quicker...
