Refund me back my money

i bought my daughter two pair of sneakers in December 2022 but the fit was too tight and i returned both box. The courier company came on the 3rd of January 2023 to take back the boxes and Adidas was supposed to refund me back the money but i only received refund for one pair and they say the only received one box. please assist
