Refund for Adidas Hyperturf

Hi Hellopeter, i brought Adidas Hyperturf on the 8th of June 2023, on the 28th of June 2023 i requested for a returned and on the website it was not updated whether the shoes was received by the ware****. I called and the confirmed that they received the show and it was approved for a refund also that i should wait for 14 business days but i got surprised cos the website mention 7 working days to be refunded. I waited for the 14 days and i called back on the 15th of July 2023 and i was advised that i should wait another 14 business working days. Via email they keep sending automated message entailing that they have lodged a case and they will get back to me once the get feedback from the person investigating my case. Kindly assist.
