Refund delay

I purchased two pairs of shoes with three-hour-delivery using my credit card on Adidas South Africa website on 29/10/2015 morning, I never received the shoes 3 hours later. I was informed that my order was cancelled on 2nd November 2015 (which I never did request the cancellation!) and refund will be paid within 3 to 5 working days, now it has been 7 working days, the refund has not been reflected in my bank account! <br> <br> Just because you're Adidas, I trusted your website and made a purchase for my girlfriend and myself and all I get is having my money frozen somewhere. Please do not tell me that the problem is on FNB side and make me go to the bank to sort it out myself because your company uses their service.
