Refund

1st week on July I requested a return for items I. Bought at Adidas. Mid July they sent a courier guy to come and fetch them because I purchased them online. They promised refund in 5 working days. That never happened instead they said they never received returning items on their end. We did back and forth with them until I said I’m going to open a case with SAPS because I suspect faul play between them and courier guy. They emailed me 2 weeks ago confirming that they have the items and I should wait for money to reflect on my account within 5 days it’s been 10 working days now still no money on my account. I think I must proceed with legal way. I just hate this shop they’ve lost a loyal costumer.
