Refund

After I wrote email telling Adidas that i am going to report the matter to SAPS because I suspect faul between them and courier guy, they acknowledged that they received the returning items. And the refund has been done on the 10th August 2026 and it should reflect between 3-14 days. I waited and the money didn’t reflect. I emailed them again stating that. They sent an email attaching proof of payment. To my surprise they refunded Ms Thembeka Ngema from KZN. While my name is Thandiwe Loane from Free State, on the 27 August I told them that’s not me they refunded. They went silent on me. 28th August I made a follow up email, they still went silent on me. I hate this shop this matter has been going on from July 2026
