Refund

I have been asking for my refund from the 6th of June been taken back and forth.

They told me it was paid i should call my bank & standard bank asked for proof they didnt give us that.

They asked for my statement ot was sent now they saying the pdf is blurry,asked them to print it out surely it's on their side which was on the 4th of July & i provided them with my bank details they said they on it & till today no refund received.
