REFUND

I bought a pair of sneakers from them in November online, but it did not fit so I returned it and requested a refund, they sent an email on the 21st of December stating that I've been refunded.

I contacted them after 7days, they said I must wait 14 working days, I did, but still the funds didn't reflect on my account, I've sent my bank statements as proof that I didn't receive the funds, they told me I should wait 2 to 3 days for the funds to reflect, I called again and requested that they send me proof that my payment has been processed, also requested to be transferred to their finance department, and I was told that they are unable to.

Till today I haven't received my refund
