Quality not guaranteed

<p>Ive purchased a Kids trainer on takealot.com three months ago. The shoe was barely used and we washed the laces the other day to get the dust off it, only to have the ends swell, resulting in us not being able to put it back into the shoe. Now I understand that laces are an accessory but this has to be considered as poor manufacturing , especially seeing that it was made for kids. How your products cannot withstand being exposed to water is ridiculous! And now ive been told that the supplier cannot assist in even replacing the laces because it is not a manufacturing defect. This is a contravention of the CPA in terms of the products quality. It is not durable and it hasnt been six months yet! This type of service is causing me to lose faith in your brand too</p>
