Quality Compromised

<p>I bought sweat pants from Adidas East Gate for R1K and after i washed them and they went from Black to Gold in a minute. I went back to East Gate Adidas to tell them abd they refered to their head office in Cape Town and i spoke to Jean Austin and he was also shocked that i was referred to him. He then asked to send him a picture of my pants and Proof Of Payment, i did that... 3 months later, i decided check with Jean, what's causing delay and he sent me an email, stating that, " Your Query was sent to correct people, not sure why was this not handled. I do not deal with stores but, will look into, if they did receive it" i sent the email last week on the 7th of July 2016 and till today, no one has contacted me. I spoke to the Manager at Adidas East Gate and he just told me, there's nothing he can do.</p>
