Putrid Service

I placed an order on their website on the 23/06/2023 with order number AZA***9. I ordered 4 items amounting to R1256.00 which were clothing. Unpon opening the package I saw that a pair of soccer boots was delivered. I immediately went to the website again and lodged a complaint. From then until now. I have not received my refund. I had the boots fetched by the courier company. Adidas acknowledged that they have received the boots and to wait 14 working days and since havent received the refund. I sent another email 06/09/2023 and still no response. The service is pathetic and Im extremely disappointed and disgusted. I will never recommend anyone to purchase online and I will never purchsase again. I want my money back.
