Prompt customer service

I ordered a pair of trainers online on Monday, 9 July.

I am aware that the expected time for delivery is 3-5 business days, however I wanted to check on delivery as the package tracker said "with courier partner" for over 2 days.

I called the Adidas customer service team and spoke to a helpful lady names Natalie. She asked for my package number and promptly informed me exactly were in the delivery process my order is.

Even though this is not an elaborate good service review, it is good service after all.

Hoping to receive my order soon, good service by Adidas online- South Africa so far :)
