Poor shoe quality

Bought a pair of trainers from Access Park. They got wet and the trainers discolored a visible difference. Then the leather upper starts to pull away from the shoe. A clear factory fault. Sent many emails to Adidas SA and contacted the store in question. They cannot assist because I did not keep my slip. The shoes are 6 months old. Terrible service from a supposed trusted brand
