Poor services receive only half of merchandise which was paid cash!!!

On the 28/11 I ordered the Radkin Hoodie Set order number ***.I only received the top on the 04/12. I called numerous times and was informed the warehouse have a back lock and due to black friday there is chaos at the warehouse, which is not my problem. It's 13days and my issue is not resloved about the pants and this is a Christmas gift. I spoke to Natalie she was going to contact me back and never did I waste my airtime to follow up and they have silly excuses. I will never purchase again from Adida it is a nightmare and i never had issues with other retailers when I do a online purchase. Adida have poor service and very unprofessional with handling queries but you want our money and cannot provide us with correct merchandise.
