poor services and **** posting

If ever I received poor service, then it has been with adidas online, they post things on their website that they don't have, placed orders for then twice and every time it must get delivered, I get an email stating the order has been cancel with reason whatsoever. I called them today to find out about it, all the agents said was we out of stock and there's nothing they can do. my question is why post things you don't have, why did you not take time out to inform as the customer.
