Poor service on returned product

My son is an athlete and bought Adidas running shoes which were giving him blisters. He returned them on time for a refund so he can ecplore buying another pair elsewhere. We have been e emailing *** addressed to Naresh and we have not received any response. I have even DM'd Adidas and no response!
