Poor service on returned items

The service from Adidas online are non existing. I ordered 2 items from them. I have logged a return on the one item the same day that it was delivered. We are now in week 3 and i am still waiting for my refund. They initially communicated that the refund should take a week to a week and a half. When i sent an enquiry, they then communicated that they have moves warehouses and that is causing the delay. Today i was informed that they are unable to refund because of an IT issue. Unfortunately they don't know how long it wil take to rectify. You guys should not be in the "online" business because you are unable to deliver on the basic principles of running an online busines. If i ever have to deal with you again, it will be too soon.
