Poor Service from the consultant at the store

I'm unimpressed with the service I got a adidas woodmead waterfall crescent. They processed a refund in store for an order I paid using pay just now and told me they wont give me the money but pay just now will and so they will have to send the refund request to them that was on Thursday and today is Wednesday I haven't received my refund yet when I call pay just now they are saying the store didn't send them a refund request now I have to drive all the way from soweto to woodmead to query this because their store number is also not working which is extremely inconvenient for me at this point.
