POOR SERVICE: ADIDAS ONLINE

I purchased 3 pairs of soccer boots for my husband. Unfortunately, he only liked 1 pair and I, subsequently, returned the other 2 pairs. However, I have only been refunded for 1 pair of boots. Enquiries with Adidas has proven futile as I have not received any positive response regarding the item that I have not been refunded for notwithstanding that we are in the 3rd week since the items were returned.
