Poor service

I am not sure if this complaint should be directed at Adidas or DPD Laser but it involves both companies.I purchased a pair of sneakers in December (size 9) foe my teenage son.Even though henis size 8 .However the size 9 just about fits him but I decided to return the sneakers for a size 10.I logged a request through Adidas to arrange collection with DPD Laser on 30 December .No one has yet contacted me to collect the shoes and they are not coming either.I have been calling almost everyday and everytime they say it will be escalated but still no response.I find this service utterly disgusting as I just want to re order the shoes.I tried exchanging at the store but they can't assist because the purchase was done through Payjustnow and the shoe is only available online.I hope this complaint get some one's attention.
