Poor quality rugby boots.

On 2024.07/01 I ordered a pair of Adidas Adizero Rs15 Ultimate Soft Ground Rugby boots Size 14 Colour Team Light Blue / Zero Metallic / Matte Silver. Order number AZA***1 ZAR 3 499.00.

One Curry Cup rugby match was played, and the boots were torn - completely unacceptable and poor quality. A complaint was logged with Adidas South Africa, I was contacted by a representative, the boots returned on 2024/07/22 and a refund was received for the Amount paid. Then on 2024/08/04 a new order - number AZA***9 was placed for exactly the same boots as above. Last week the exact same damaged Rigby Boots that were returned were sent back to me - still full of mud and grass from the last game that was played. So, now there are no boots and no refund? Please advise the way forward to resolve this issue soonest.

I am sure that the other Rugby Boot manufactures and Social Media sites will be quite glad to hear about your poor-quality boots and this for the SA Curry Cup ...
