Poor quality on rugby boots

My son has been playing rugby since the age of 5. He is now 20 and has chosen this as a career path. This is the second time we've had issues with the quality of the boots manufactured. The first time it was replaced and it was actually fantastic how quick the process flowed. We contacted Adidas S. A in Feb of this year and complained about the bad quality of the boots. He bought 2 pairs 1 st pair didn't last six month 2 nd pair didn't didn't last a year We contacted their offices and got a reply that goods are guaranteed for 6 months but could I send pictures of the boots, invoices etc. Which I did. Weeks went by and no reply. I contacted them again requesting to talk to the manager but was referred to an assistant which I have been dealing with up to date. I have emailed, called still no assistance. It seems to be referred from one department to another. I asked to speak to Gavin ***ell (I stand to be corrected re the name) as the internet shows him to be the head guy but when I call to speak to him I'm told his not at that branch and given a number that's never answered. It's funny that they claim to provide products that can last and stand by their brand yet here we are begging them to take back poor quality rugby boots. I would not recommend anyone buying their boots as they are not durable and their after market service is shocking. I cannot believe that such a big company can't sort out their own quality issues instead they bury their heads in the sand and treat us like we are not important enough to try and assist.
