Poor quality of takkies and customer service

<p>I am totally disgusted with the service given by addidas sa i had purchased a pair of takkies for dad in February this year after a few occasions he used it started to open up the stiches below the lace i told dad to return it where i bought it he said that they relocated i then contacted addidas for assistance was liaising with Candice Jacobs who told me she can't help my point is that i have spent 1000 for quality or the name i am totally dissapointed with the quality and poor customer service by addidas sa </p>
