Poor quality and no customer service

I am sharing my son's email here as he has not received a feedback through any of the attempted customer service channels:

Dear Adidas Customer Support,

My name is Aldo, and I am a 13-year-old hockey enthusiast. I am writing to inform you of the poor durability of the Adidas ina.6 hockey stick that I received as a Christmas gift.

After just one game, the stick began to chip badly. The chips have become increasingly significant with each subsequent game, and I am concerned about the stick's longevity.

I am disappointed with the durability of this particular model, as I have owned hockey sticks from other brands in the past that have not experienced such severe chipping. The stick itself plays well, but the constant chipping is a major issue that is affecting my gameplay.

I purchased the stick from Kloppers Sport in Cape Gate, Cape Town. I have attached photographs for your reference. I understand that hockey sticks are subject to wear and tear, but I believe that the rapid chipping experienced by this Adidas model is unacceptable.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to improve the durability of this model in the future.
