Poor delivery service

I bought some items online on the 22th December, I expected to receive my package on the 30th December but for some reason the driver from Courier it was delayed. I sent an email to the enquiries 2 days ago and they have not gotten back to me. it's now 2 full weeks since I made a purchase and I have not received my order... Please intervene, unhappy customer
