Poor Customer Services

The customer support services from Adidas is truly shocking, there's no commitment to resolving customer complaints or handling process exceptions, or taking any form of accountability. I've had to suffer many weeks of calls to the support team, countless of emails and still no true resolution to my case all due to the negligence of the support team, inadequate processes and a lack of leadership. The resultant from this experience has only led to me having an extra pair of shoes, which I've paid for mind you, that I really didn't need. This has been the worst experience I've had with any retailer of this magnitude, it is shocking to say the least.
