Poor customer service from Adidas

A quick survey of complaints on this website confirms that Adidas ZA has no interest in customer service. I returned my purchase because it was faulty. After the fact, Adidas claims I never paid for the shoes (what company ships items that haven't been paid for??) and refuses to refund me. Customer "service" agents supply pre-written responses (that are riddled with errors) and never actually answer the questions. Responses were inconsistent and I was **** to many times. This was my second bad experience with Adidas - avoid them at all costs!
