Poor Customer Service

On the 25th of October I placed an order on the Adidas online store for 3 items and a day later I received an email stating that one of the items is sold out and I will be refunded my money within 7 working day. After 7 days I started sending them emails as I did not receive my refund but no one bothered to respond until now. l haven’t received my refund until now and they are ignoring my emails
