Poor customer service

There should be a no star option because what Adidas is doing to people is unacceptable.

I placed an order on the 24th of September 2025, got the parcel two weeks late but after going back and forth with them. Initially they told me that they had never received an order notification and I placed an order through PayJustNow. After getting the parcel after two weeks, I returned the sneakers and requested for a refund and that was on the 7th of October 2025. last week I contacted their customer service , only for them to tell me that there was an issue with my refund but they didn't bother to tell me that in time. To notify me wasn't gonna take much of their time and i still dont have my refund but im busy paying installments for something i dont have. My first time ordering from Adidas is a nightmare and never again
